Jim Hardin

Jim Hardin is an accomplished investment professional and the Managing Member of The Sponsor Fund, where they focus on supporting independent sponsors in securing equity for small U.S. buyouts. In addition to their current roles, Jim has served as a Board Member at Affirmative Technologies and held various executive positions, including Executive Director at Alliance For Global Growth and Managing Director at Deer Isle Group, LLC. They co-owned POS Nation until its employee buyout in 2017 and have provided advisory services to multiple investment entities. Jim earned an AB in Economics from Harvard University, graduating in 2002.
