LaShon Kell

LaShon Kell is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as General Counsel at AffirmedRx and previously as VP, Head of Litigation and Internal Investigations at ScionHealth. With a diverse background in both in-house and private practice, LaShon has held significant roles including Senior Vice President, Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer at Rite Aid and Assistant General Counsel at Halliburton, where they led anti-corruption initiatives. Early in their career, LaShon worked as an Enforcement Attorney with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where they garnered experience in securities fraud investigations. LaShon holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky, alongside completing a strategic growth program at Columbia Business School.
