Matt Weaver

Matt Weaver currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at AffirmedRx, a Public Benefit Corporation, since September 2025. Prior to this role, Matt held several key positions at Sharecare from August 2016 to March 2025, including Vice President of Financial Planning Analysis and Executive Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. Matt's experience in healthcare finance also includes serving as Executive Director of Healthcare Finance at Healthways from August 2008 to January 2022, with a focus on the employer market. Earlier in Matt's career, from October 2003 to August 2008, leadership responsibilities included managing finance, accounting, and administrative functions at the University of Tennessee, overseeing grants, contracts, and fee-for-service activities. Matt holds an MBA in Finance from Tennessee Tech University (2007-2009) and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Tennessee (1998-2003).
