With extensive experience in operational excellence and process improvement, Terri has previously held leadership roles at notable organizations such as Merck, Teva Pharmaceuticals, and UnitedHealth Group, achieving significant cost savings and operational efficiencies. Terri has a strong educational background that includes an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University and dual bachelor’s degrees in Spanish Language and Literature as well as Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
