Art Shpakovsky has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Art started their career as a Public Affairs Specialist in the United States Air Force from January 2010 to May 2011. Art then worked as an Assistant Director on Public Affairs at Minsk Spiritual College from March 2012 to May 2018.

Following this, Art joined Aviant Marketing where they initially held the role of Sales Manager from May 2018 to July 2019. Art then transitioned to the role of Customer Service Support Manager from July 2019 to February 2020. During their time at Aviant Marketing, Art was responsible for setting up and maintaining customer support systems, managing a database of over ten thousand active users, and handling all requests from written to phone.

In April 2020, Art joined Credentially as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, they worked on customer success and support, focusing on tailoring the product to clients' needs, expanding their usage, and maintaining positive relationships. Art also contributed to creating knowledge and training materials for both clients and internal users through articles and videos. Their tenure at Credentially lasted until January 2023.

Currently, Art holds the position of Customer Success Manager at Affise, starting in March 2023.

Art Shpakovsky attended the Defense Information School in 2009, but did not obtain a degree or specialize in a specific field of study.
