Nitin Kumar Baswan

Nitin Kumar Baswan is an accomplished SDET Manager with extensive experience in software testing and automation, having worked at Affle since December 2015 in various roles including Lead SDET and Software Test Engineer. Prior to Affle, Nitin was a Software Engineer at R Systems International Ltd. from June 2011 to December 2014, where a creative and structured approach was emphasized in providing actionable plans for software automation testing. The career began as a Software Trainee at ESQ Management Solutions in 2011, focusing on software maintenance, quality control, and testing. Nitin holds a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Raj Kumar Goel Institute of Technology and completed senior secondary education with a focus on Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics at Kendriya Vidyalaya Punjab Lines.
