Puja Gupta

Puja Gupta has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Puja currently holds the position of Associate Director Human Resources at Affle, starting in October 2020. Prior to this, they held the roles of Sr. Manager HR (HRBP) from October 2017 to September 2020, Manager HR from October 2014 to September 2017, and AM HR from February 2013 to September 2014, all at Affle.

Before joining Affle, Puja worked as an HR Executive at MYZEAL IT Solutions Private Limited from July 2012 to February 2013. Puja was responsible for providing IT solutions and managing end-to-end IT projects.

Additionally, Puja worked as a Management Trainee (Human Resource) at InfoPro India Pvt. Ltd. from January 2012 to June 2012. In this role, they handled IT and e-Learning recruitments, sourcing talent through various channels, and worked with technologies like PHP, Java, HTML, and more.

Furthermore, Puja gained experience as a Summer Intern at Kotak Life Insurance in May 2011.

Puja Gupta completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature/Letters from Ranchi University from 2005 to 2009. Puja then pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Human Resource from EMPI Business School from 2010 to 2012.
