Affleck & Co. — Women-Powered. Purpose-Led.

We’re a sports business consultancy that exists to champion women and reshape what consultancy looks like across sport and social impact. We back bold ideas, bring together brilliant people, and design new ways of working that are more inclusive, responsive, and effective.

Everything we do is grounded in trust, collaboration, and a belief that better is possible — for sport, for communities, and for the people driving change within them. Our Collective of senior consultants and specialists partners with organisations to clarify strategy, activate partnerships and sponsorship, deliver programmes, and turn insight into measurable impact.

Vision: By 2028, Affleck & Co. is the consultancy of choice in sport and social impact. Women-powered and purpose-led, delivered through our Collective, we leave every partner better than before.
