Divya Sanchez is a seasoned senior human resources leader with over 16 years of generalist experience in people and culture across diverse sectors, including FMCG, healthcare, and local government. Previously serving as an Industrial Relations Help Desk Officer at the Australian Manufacturing Workers' Union and holding various roles at organizations like City of Sydney, Parmalat Canada, and News Corp Australia, Divya has developed a strong focus on employee and industrial relations. Currently, Divya is the Human Resources Director at the Australian Foundation For Disability and continues to provide strategic direction in managing complex employment situations and driving transformative programs. Divya holds a Master of Commerce in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations from Western Sydney University and a Bachelor of Business in the same field from the University of Western Sydney.
