Jo Toohey

Jo Toohey is an experienced executive leader in the non-profit sector, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at the Australian Foundation For Disability (Afford) since October 2021. Prior to this role, Jo held various senior positions at The Benevolent Society, including Chief Executive Officer, Acting Chief Executive Officer, and State Director from March 2013 to June 2021. Jo's experience also includes serving as Director Operations NSW/ACT and Regional Director at Uniting from May 2009 to January 2013, as well as Executive Manager Redevelopment and Executive Manager Care Services at UnitingCare Ageing NSW.ACT from April 2001 to April 2009.
