Prior to this role, Joyce held various positions at AECOM from March 2007 to July 2019, including Contract Administrator and Subcontracts Administrator. Joyce obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of Maryland and attended Rowan University between 1983 and 1984.
