Leon Paul

Leon Paul is a seasoned construction manager and principal owner with over 15 years of diverse experience in architecture, engineering, construction, zoning, regulations, and development. Currently serving as Construction Manager at AFG Group, Inc. since February 2023, Leon Paul oversees significant projects totaling over $600 million, encompassing new construction, renovation, and modernization. As Principal Owner of LP Consulting Services since July 2013, Leon Paul has become a trusted advisor in real estate development, investment, and project management for both public and private entities. Previous roles include Development Consultant at Bello, Bello & Associates and Chief Estimator at Dillon Development Partners, along with foundational experience as a Mechanical Engineer and Zoning Technician within the DC Government. Leon Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
