Caroline Richard

Caroline Richard is a communication professional with over 20 years of experience in reputation management for companies and organizations, specializing in the financial sector, corporate communication, and crisis management. They held various roles, including Senior Account Manager at Pleon and Account Director at Groupe i&e, before becoming the Responsable communication externe at Autorité des marchés financiers in 2014. Since December 2024, they have served as Directrice de la communication at the Association Française de la Gestion financière (AFG). Caroline also contributed to academia as a lecturer at Celsa - Paris IV Sorbonne, developing training programs in risk management and crisis communication.
