Kirk Schall is the current President of the Afinitas Concrete Accessories Division at HawkeyePedershaab, Inc. Kirk has held this position for 9 months. Prior to this, they were the President of KB&C Consulting for 1 year 9 months. Kirk has also worked for MECS for 9 years 7 months, where they held positions such as Executive Vice President and Vice President of Global Licensing & North American Sales.

Kirk also developed executive-level customer relationships and drove culture change across the matrix organization, enabling a critical pivot to new international market spaces. As a result, the company was able to generate $40M+ in new revenue.
