Andy Glenn, MBA, MS, is currently the Market Director for Aflac California-North / Nevada-North, where they lead field sales teams and manage broker sales partnerships across the regions. With over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, primarily focused on voluntary benefits, Andy has held various roles at Aflac, including District Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager. Andy has also contributed to Acuity Benefits Solutions as a Partner, enhancing benefit programs for corporate clients. They are actively pursuing advanced degrees, including a Master of Science in Communication and Leadership and an Executive MBA.
