B. Michael Devore

B. Michael DeVore, CPA, currently serves as Vice President of Corporate Development at Aflac, where responsibilities include leading the corporate development function and identifying opportunities for mergers and acquisitions. DeVore has held several key positions at Aflac since April 2012, including Director of Corporate Development and Director of Investment Accounting and Reporting, managing substantial invested assets and ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations. Previously, DeVore worked at Nationwide Insurance in various finance roles, enhancing financial reporting and investment oversight. DeVore's educational background includes a BS in Economics from Centre College and an MBA in Finance/Accounting from Capital University.
