Bill Tompa

Bill Tompa, MBA, MS, is an accomplished Senior Manager at Aflac since September 2019, responsible for managing the MyAflac Experience for Claims and Policy Services while overseeing the development of mobile and web applications using various technologies. Previously, Bill spent 26 years at Verizon in various leadership roles, including Information Technology Program Manager, where project initiatives for Government Data Mart and Oracle CRM were managed, and Senior Program Manager for Salesforce.com, where a rapid delivery process was established. Bill's early career includes analytical roles at CASDE Corporation and ANADAC, providing program and financial management support to Navy Program Offices. Bill holds advanced degrees in Management Information Systems and Business Administration, along with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
