Brian O'Linn is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in innovation, strategy, and business leadership within the health care and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Innovation & Strategy at Aflac, Brian also founded Summit Management Consulting LLC, providing advisory services in business strategy and governance since February 2020. Prior to these roles, Brian held various leadership positions at Aetna from 2003 to 2020, including Executive Director, where responsibilities encompassed product design, market strategy, and executive advisory support. Brian holds an MBA from Yale School of Management with a dual concentration in Strategy and Finance and a BBA in Accountancy from Western Michigan University.
