Chris Small has extensive experience in IT and digital service delivery, currently serving as Senior Manager and Digital Service Delivery Lead at Aflac since January 2007. Chris has also held multiple roles at Aflac, including IT Program Manager, Technical Consultant, Senior Application Developer, Application Developer, and Application Development Analyst.
