As a founder of Lifetime Benefit Consultants, Dan pioneered employee benefit consulting for various-sized employers. Dan has held leadership positions within NAIFA-Greater Washington DC, including President, advocating for industry growth and community engagement. The Champion Agency, also founded by Dan, developed the Benefit Calibration program, aiming to clarify financial risks for employees facing serious health issues.
