Dave Otis

Dave Otis is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in mainframe systems and software development. Currently, at Aflac since April 2024, Dave previously held roles such as Senior Technical Consultant at Radus Software, LLC, and Mainframe Systems Analyst at UST, where the focus was on modernizing legacy systems. Earlier positions at Randstad involved designing a regression test harness for Aflac's modernization initiative, while at TSYS, Dave contributed to various projects over 22 years, including leading the Year 2000 project and serving as a Mainframe Technical Analyst. Dave began a career serving in the US Army as a Battalion Chemical Officer after earning a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics with a concentration in Computer Science from Columbus State University.
