Dean Holmes, CLU®, RHU, is the National Practice Leader at Aflac United, where they partner with Sales Distribution teams to enhance value propositions and growth in the public sector and diverse markets. With extensive experience in the insurance industry, Dean has held positions such as Union Market Executive and Premier Broker Executive at Aflac Group Insurance, focusing on union sales and client relationships. Previously, Dean managed national accounts, overseeing acquisition strategies and resource allocation for Aflac’s largest employer relationships. Dean is currently pursuing a B.S. in Risk Management & Insurance at Florida State University while also furthering their credentials at The American College.
