Donna Watson

Donna Watson has over 30 years of diverse experience in the financial and benefits consulting sectors. Currently serving as a Benefits Consultant at Aflac since June 2001, Donna has dedicated over 16 years to the company after starting as a Sales Associate in 2000. Prior to Aflac, Donna held the position of Controller at Happy Joes Corporation from June 1996 to May 2001, where responsibilities included compiling financial statements and managing payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Additionally, Donna worked at Aviall, a Boeing Company, from April 1990 to July 1996, initially as a Total Quality Management Facilitator and later as an Accounting Manager, focusing on process re-engineering for jet engine repairs. Donna earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University between 1976 and 1980.
