Ginger Hardy

Ginger Hardy is a dedicated Market Director at Aflac, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Education at the University of Mississippi. From 2018 to 2024, Ginger advanced through several roles including Benefits Consultant and Regional Sales Coordinator, where they were responsible for training new benefits advisors and assisting district agency managers in achieving sales goals. Previously, they ranked nationally as a top trainer and sales associate, exceeding impressive sales targets. Prior to Aflac, Ginger gained experience as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at GlaxoSmithKline, where they educated medical professionals and managed inventory.
