Jim Faile

Jim Faile has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the 2nd Vice President of Premier Broker Relationship at Aflac since 2009. Responsibilities include overseeing national broker implementations and managing relationships with major broker partners on the Premier Broker Team. Prior to Aflac, Jim held the position of Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Continental American Insurance Company from 1996 to 2009, and worked as an Underwriting & Account Manager at Colonial Life from 1990 to 1996. Jim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of South Carolina.
