Kelli Henderson

Kelli Henderson has extensive experience in total rewards management, currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards at Aflac since April 2015, with previous roles including Director and Senior Manager in the same department. Kelli's responsibilities encompass compensation, benefits, and payroll. Prior to Aflac, Kelli worked at Auburn University from April 2004 to March 2015, holding positions such as Compensation Manager and Human Resource Development Specialist. Kelli holds a Bachelor of Science in Textile Management and Technology from Auburn University (1996-1999) and a Master of Science in Postsecondary Education from Troy University (2012-2013).
