Kyle Plourde

Kyle Plourde is currently the Director of Underwriting at Aflac, where they lead and develop a team of Group Life & Disability underwriters, focusing on process improvements and talent retention. They graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics. Kyle has previously held various underwriting positions at Symetra and Zurich North America, where they gained experience in analyzing claim experiences, developing competitive rates, and managing substantial blocks of business.
