Lauren Copes

Lauren Copes has extensive experience in the IT and digital services field, with a notable tenure at Aflac beginning in 1998. Currently serving as the Director of Shared Digital Services, Lauren has held various leadership roles including Director of IT Transformation and Senior Manager of Global SAP Ops. Prior to Aflac, Lauren worked at HISNA as an SAP BW Associate for KIA Motors. Lauren began a career in finance as Accounts Payable Manager for the State of Georgia before transitioning to IT support for financial systems at Aflac. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Columbus State University, completed between 2006 and 2009.
