Leah Barnes

Leah Barnes has extensive experience at Aflac, serving in various roles since July 2005, including Senior Manager and Chief of Staff for Aflac Individual Benefits, as well as Senior Manager for Operations and Communications in Aflac Northern Ireland. Prior positions include Manager roles in Customer Experience Strategy, Innovation Delivery Office, Recruiting, B2B and Local Marketing, Marketing Communications, and Field Force Communications. Leah also acted as the managing editor for Aflac's internal magazine. Previously, Leah completed internships in Corporate Communications and HR Communications at Aflac from 2002 to 2005. Leah holds an MBA from Columbus State University (2009-2012) and a BA in Public Relations from Auburn University (2001-2005).
