Nisith Dash

Nisith Dash is a Sr. Software Architect with extensive experience in enterprise and cloud-native services, specializing in scalable data pipelines and DevSecOps. Currently serving as a Solutions Architect at Aflac, Nisith is responsible for planning and executing the bulk migration strategy of group insurance policies. Previously, Nisith held roles at ETrade Financial Corporation, Parchment Inc., Unicon, Inc., and Corebridge Financial, where they delivered significant enhancements, integrated complex systems, and optimized IT governance processes. Nisith also contributed to the engineering efforts of large-scale projects at Tata Consultancy Services and served as a Graduate TA at Syracuse University, where they are pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science.
