Ron Hurtt

Ron Hurtt, PMP, CSM, ITIL, is an accomplished director at Aflac with a career spanning over two decades, currently serving as Director of Policy and Account Administration - Business Solutions and Director of eXperience Delivery - Service. Ron has built and led teams of Product Owners and Agile teams, significantly contributing to product development and regulatory execution. Previous roles include overseeing regulatory compliance efforts and managing complex IT projects, such as transitioning state sales coordinators and leading a major agent commissions initiative. Ron's earlier experience includes roles as a software engineer and application developer at various firms. Ron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Columbus State University and a diploma in Computer Science from Kendrick High.
