Previously, Tom held the position of Executive Director at the Boys & Girls Clubs of West Monroe from March 1995 to December 2012, overseeing the organization serving over 1,000 at-risk youth, focusing on staffing, fundraising, and administration. Additionally, Tom worked as Publisher at the Ouachita Citizen from February 1986 to March 1995, managing operations at the local newspaper.
