Hugo Defaux

Hugo Defaux has worked in the technology and innovation sector since 2019. Hugo began their career at Digital Catapult as an Innovation Coordinator and then moved up to the role of Innovation Delivery Manager. In 2022, they joined Aflorithmic as Business Operations & Strategy Manager. At Aflorithmic, they work on Api. audio, an API-first Audio-As-A-Service platform.

Hugo Defaux has a diverse educational background. Hugo obtained a Baccalauréat from Lycee Jules Ferry in 2010-2012, followed by a BTS Maintanence Industrielle from the same institution in 2012-2014. Hugo then pursued a BA International Business Development from SKEMA Business School from 2014-2016, followed by a BA (HONS) in Business and Management from the University of the West of England from 2016-2018. Finally, they obtained a Master of Science in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Manchester in 2018-2019. Additionally, Hugo Defaux has a Level 3 Award in Coaching from ILM obtained in February 2018.
