Issam Kasmi

Issam Kasmi is an experienced executive in the insurance and business management sectors, currently serving as Executive Director of Business Management & Development for International Subsidiaries at Wafa Assurance since January 2023 and Deputy General Manager of Business Development at AFMA since March 2021. With a strong background in health insurance, Issam has held positions such as Life & Health Insurance Director at CNIA SAADA ASSURANCE since 2014 and Deputy Director General of the Health Insurance Business Unit at SAHAM Assurance from 2019 to 2021. Key achievements include significant reductions in reimbursement delays, increased agent productivity, and successful project management during mergers.
