Kate Young

Kate Young has worked in various roles since 2007. Kate began their career as a Theatre Assistant at BMI Healthcare in 2007, before moving to Eastbourne Borough Council in 2010, where they worked as a Staff, Operations and Events Supervisor. In 2012, they joined SAGA as a Business Analyst/Systems Consultant and then in 2014, they worked as a Business Analyst at Gocompare.com, Business Systems Analyst at Sapiens, and Business Analyst at The International Baccalaureate. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Hansen Technologies as a Product Manager and Lead Product Owner/Senior Business Analyst, and at Sigma Systems as a Senior Business Analyst, Product Owner/Senior Business Analyst, and Business Analyst. Currently, they are a Senior Product Manager at Aforza.

Kate Young's education history includes attending the University of Brighton from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computing. In 2013, they attended BSC Learning and Development for Business Analysis Practice. In 2015, they attended ESI International for a course in How to Gather and Document User Requirements for Business Analysis. Prior to that, they attended Park College.
