Pascal Blateau has extensive experience in the field of metalwork and industrial maintenance, currently serving as a Formateur itinérant chaudronnier, tuyauteur, afem, métallier et calorifugeur at AFPA since April 2014. Prior to this role, Pascal held the position of Chef d'équipe in chaudronnerie, tuyauterie, et maintenance industriel at BTB from July 2002 to April 2014, where responsibilities included overseeing manufacturing projects and installation on-site. Pascal’s previous experience includes a decade at BerlieFalco Technologies Inc, specializing in environmental recycling and the petrochemical industry, along with a solid foundation in industrial and artistic metallurgy gained from various companies from 1982 to 1992. Education was obtained at the Association des compagnons du devoir, culminating in multiple degrees in chaudronnerie between 1982 and 1992.
