Jim Cooper is currently a Senior Petrochemical Advisor at the American Fuel & Petrochemical Manufacturers (AFPM), a position held since 2013. Prior to this role, Jim served as Vice President of Petrochemicals at NPRA from 2007 to 2013 and as Senior Manager of Government Relations at SOCMA from 1999 to 2007. Jim is also pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry at Mary Washington College.
