AfraLead envisions a future in which every young woman is equipped to be economically active, be it through employment, entrepreneurship, or work in the experience economy. We support future-fit women working locally and internationally, in the traditional and digital economies.

AfraLead's mission is to accelerate the economic participation of young women through industry-informed, digitally-based confluences, training, professional development, and economic opportunities. Through these mechanisms, we position women for participation in one of three career paths: 
1. Employment
2. Entrepreneurial action
3. Work in the experience economy

At AfraLead, we believe that we can best impact the lives of individuals by creating systemic change at scale. To achieve this, we work with a number of different stakeholders, including businesses and organisations. We collaborate with universities and tertiary education institutions to support educators and trainers in preparing students for economic activation and entering the world of work. Our offerings include:

- Curating and hosting niche interdisciplinary confluences*
- Developing customised training courses aimed at professional development and work-readiness 
- Delivering talks and keynote addresses
- Providing executive consulting and advisory services
