Lily Simon is an experienced professional in business development and account management, currently serving as an Enterprise Account Executive at Afresh since January 2022. In this role, Lily manages partnerships with grocery retailers, emphasizing the delivery of significant value through labor savings and operational improvements. Prior to joining Afresh, Lily held multiple positions at GLG over nearly seven years, progressing from an Associate role to Vice President of Business Development.
