Africa Access Water (AfAW) is  a non profit organisation whose headquarters is Lusaka, Zambia, Africa. The organisation's mandate is to facilitate and provide communities in Africa with solar powered water for productive use.

We believe that water is at the centre of economic development in Africa. Therefore, we advance and affirm to the principle that Water as a resource for production in communities, is the backbone to eradicate poverty and spur economic growth and prosperity. Communities should not only have access to clean and drinking water but for productive use in sectors such as Agriculture which remains the main stay for most people in Africa.

Mission
To provide and deliver solar powered water systems for productive use, food security, socio-economic development and wealth creation to rural communities, urban and new settlements in Africa.

Objectives
1. To facilitate and provide solar powered water to communities for productive use and economic development through human consumption, improved agriculture irrigation, livestock farming and forestation in Africa.

2. To support and provide sustainable solar water systems to new human settlements promoting good health through clean drinking water, hygiene and sanitation across Africa.

3. To enhance Africa water economics knowledge and technology through research, advocacy and lobby for better  national, regional and global policies.
