With a background in policy and international development, Silas has held various roles within the Cabinet of the Deputy Chairperson, focusing on enhancing service delivery, financial sustainability, and institutional digital transformation strategies. Silas's experience includes serving as a USAID-AU Technical & Financial Advisor and a Research & Policy Officer, where they contributed to strategic planning and policy recommendations. They hold a Master’s degree in Public Policy & Sustainable Development from TERI University and have previously worked as a Project Coordinator and Sustainability Advisor, helping organizations transition to sustainable practices.
