Stuart Walker

Stuart Walker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the legal and financial sectors. Currently serving as a Non Executive Board Member at EIGHTClouds since January 2022, Stuart has been a Partner at Afridi & Angell since November 2003, advising financial institutions and corporates in the UAE and Middle East with a focus on financial services and regulatory issues. Prior to this role, Stuart was a Lawyer at Lovells from September 1999 to November 2003, specializing in acquisition finance and assisting both lenders and borrowers in private equity and management buyout transactions. Stuart holds a BA Hons in Sociology from the University of York (1990-1993) and is currently pursuing further education at Cambridge Judge Business School.
