Adéle Harmse

Adéle Harmse is an accomplished Industrial Psychologist with extensive experience in human resources and education. They began their career as a Recruitment Officer with the SA National Defence Force, progressing to roles including Senior Officer and Trainer/Facilitator, where they focused on military education and personnel development. Currently, they serve as the Human Resources Manager at AfriForum, following a long tenure as an HR Practitioner at the SA National Defence Force Headquarters. Adéle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology, a BCom Honours in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, and a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
