David Ogiga

David Ogiga is an experienced leader in community development, technology, and conservation sectors. Currently, David serves as a Board Member for AfriLabs, representing Eastern Africa, where leadership is provided in aligning with the strategic vision and fostering regional community growth. As a Director and co-founder of Sote Hub, the first tech hub in rural Kenya, David supports young innovators and startups in developing local solutions. Past roles include consulting for agro value chains at Grow Fairly Limited, Managing Director of Kasigau Wildlife Trust, overseeing community projects and eco-tourism, and Programmes Officer at the International Fund for Animal Welfare, focusing on wildlife protection. David holds a BSc in Wildlife Management from Moi University, along with diplomas in Innovation in Business and Entrepreneurship.
