Over the past fifteen years, I have supported businesses and institutions operating in financial services, impact investing, health, nature, and development sectors. My experience spans both private practice and in-house roles, with expertise in onshore and offshore structuring, fund design and establishment, cross-border transactions, and regulatory compliance across key African jurisdictions. Based in Cape Town, I offer a strategic legal and advisory gateway into Africa.
