Glenn Johnson

Glenn Johnson has extensive experience in the construction materials industry, currently serving as Executive Construction Materials: Operations at AfriSam since January 2013, with responsibilities including P&L accountability, safety, legal compliance, and operational management for national aggregate and readymix operations. Johnson has held multiple roles at AfriSam, including General Manager for various divisions, focusing on strategic implementation, financial performance, and sustainability. Previously, Johnson served as President of the Institute of Quarrying South Africa and held management positions at Holcim and Alpha Aggregates & Readymix. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Wales and a Professional Certificate in Electrical Engineering from the Engineering Council of South Africa.
