Trevor Wagner

Trevor Wagner is an experienced executive with a distinguished background in the cement industry and finance. Since September 2009, Wagner has served as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Remuneration/Nomination Committee at AfriSam, while also contributing to the Audit/Risk Committee. Additionally, Wagner has been involved with Tanga Cement Company Ltd (TCCL) as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee since May 2013. Other roles include Director and Shareholder at Xuba Polymer Industries, Non-Executive Director at Robor, and Chairman and Trustee of the Idwala Provident Fund. From May 1998 to February 2009, Wagner held the position of Deputy CEO at Idwala Industrial Holdings, and earlier was the Group Financial Director at ALPHA Limited. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Leadership from UNISA and a CA(SA) in Accountancy from the University of Port Elizabeth.
