The primary vision of The Afrizan Academy is to enhance the employability of South African youth by upskilling them with scarce and essential skills required for a better tomorrow.

As an accredited Skills Training Provider, we design, deliver, and facilitate bespoke learning solutions that bridge the gap and competencies required across industries in South Africa.

Our learning solutions are crafted with the added purpose of assisting corporates in achieving SDL expenditure while obtaining maximum B-BBEE scoring.

We seek to develop and advance talent and youth to ensure the sustainability of your business and to contribute towards skills development and employable skills in the market.

We support our clients by matching recruitment requirements with the necessary skills through our sister company, Afrizan People Intelligence who have over 40 years’ experience in the world of work.
