Anders Wikman

Anders Wikman is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Head of Legal for the Process Industries Division at AFRY since June 2008, where responsibilities include overseeing global legal matters, participating in the division management team, and leading an international team of in-house counsels. Prior to this role, Anders held positions as Senior Legal Counsel at AFRY, focusing on project risk assessments, contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and training, and as an Associate at Castrén & Snellman Attorneys Ltd., providing M&A support and corporate law advice. Additional experience includes a legal counsel role at Konecranes, with a background in reviewing agreements and assisting in M&A transactions. Anders holds an LL.M in Law from the University of Helsinki and has completed various leadership development programs.
