Caroline Malmquist is a Senior Process Engineer at AFRY, with a diverse background in the oil and gas sector and a strong focus on process optimization. They began their career as a Research Engineer at AkzoNobel from 2002 to 2007, before progressing to a Senior Process Engineer role at ÅF, where they worked on various development projects. From 2016 to 2020, Caroline was a Process Engineer at Preem AB, managing several plants and leading energy management initiatives. After a stint at COWI as a Senior Process Engineer, Caroline returned to consultancy, contributing to impactful projects aimed at climate solutions.
